Many local peppers are used in the making of our hot sauces! Green Queen was a Collaboration between Wild Earth and Community Food Collaborative, a non-profit who grows food at farm plots at Middle Schools in the Richmond area and provide valuable education and experience for adolescents.
A Italianesque Eggplant Spread fermented with Oregano, Basil & Garlic. Its finished with Olive Oil and is savory and similar to a Tapenade, though with Virginia-grown vegetables.
